survival in a society driven to madness and despair.

So, we are sitting here alone, writing,  in the year 2010, and slowly we see events  are unfolding.  We sit at our computer, and write about those things we see in our imagination, things  that are part imagination and part based on fact. A future we are  all slowly moving towards, as the world slips into chaos and what was a once a  wild set of hypothesis, and conspsiracies,  are slowly becoming daily reality
As we wake up each day, we read the news as reported on Jeff Rense, SOTT.com, or Alex Jones, or Bill Deagle,  then we see there are more and more  earthquakes that seem to be ever more violent, and widespread each day. Every hour the USGs website shows areas of red, as each hour slips by. We get worried, and that worry was once mere curiosity at world events,  but not now--and  then we think back to  the many hours  we have spent, going over lists, of supplies,  in case any of our fears turn to reality and the warnings by NASA  are not mere agenda setting, but are actually what they also fear- no-- what they are certain will come to pass in two years time.

So, I am  making the assumption something rather nasty is about to happen, in one,  two or a few years  from now and will leave much of the evidence for later. Such as I have available. For now let us allow  the asumptions are correct......something is coming.

here is a parable........

Now there are three kinds of people on this earth, and one day these three were walking along a path in a large field, having just walked from the coast where the sea was rising and all the land was being submerged. The three were two middle aged men and a young  woman and they had fled the coast and rising seas , having walked far and were and  very tired, and in need of sleep. To walk back was to face drowning by the rapidly rising waters.  As they walked,  a herd of very nasty looking cattle appeared, with horns as long as the the stare they  gave.

The cattle now began to pick up speed, there were forty of them and some with young, and the bulls  were starting to snort . The three people stopped, and looking back,  all they saw was the sea now almost covering  the land they had walked over. So, they discussed what to do.
One man said, they will look around and see what could be used against the cattle, but  however hard they looked the field was flat. Only long grass and no trees, no stones. He decided they should turn round  as being gored by the cattle was not a pleasant way to die.   He wanted to return and face the water, see what land there was left. The second man was more determined and refused to give in so easily, he pitted his mind against the problem and still refused to give up but saw no solution. So,  he too agreed they should turn back and face the rising water.
The decision was almost made but the young woman, who was small and not very strong, refused to go back unlike the men who were much older. She was convinced there was a solution to the now fast approaching  herd whose  bowed heads and large horns were  ferocious weapons. Then as the men  became more desperate, she asked one of them for his belt. He said  she was being foolish, but she took the belt , and to the two mens dismay, proceeded to walk towards the cattle who now seemed intent on destruction.
Although small in size, she began waving the belt, its  buckle flailing outward around her and all her fear suddenly seemed to have vanished. The cattle stopped, then  as the first one was caught fully on the face, by the buckle,  then another was hit, the  whole herd began to move backwards. She was now some distance from the two men, who began to feel like the weak fools they were,
So, the moral of this is never give in to depression or to desolation in light of some impending disaster, even if ones life is at risk it may only  be on the surface we see, and simply because we can't look beyond the confines of our problem. we should learn instead to stand still and be placid, in face of the worst crisis even,
For it is often the strong  in stature who will take the first step backwards from a situation in fear or panic. Whilst the meek and childlike will thrive . And those who have few attachments also will not be too worried at an apparently hopeless situation. Often it is only the shallow surface we see. And the solution may simply be staring at us in plain view as the woman saw.
